Marcia is a freelance graphic designer and photographer based in sunny Southern California. She graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in photography and started out as a studio photographer first in Boston, then in NYC. She pivoted over to design and spent many years working in advertising agencies as an associate creative director and designer in both NYC and Los Angeles. After becoming a mom and while raising her daughter, Marcia enjoyed the variety of challenges that came with freelancing.

Marcia opened up her Zazzle store in 2018, intrigued with the idea of using her photography and design skills to create products that enhance people’s daily lives.

Marcia thoroughly enjoys being her own boss and spends her days coming up with stylish, unique, customizable designs and their corresponding products for businesses, milestone birthdays, graduations, baby showers and announcements, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, holiday parties, holiday cards, and more. She also loves applying her favorite photos to home décor, electronics, clothing, and accessories. She brings to her work a deep appreciation for detail and a passion for visual identity.

Marcia is happiest when she gets photo feedback from her customers showing how her creations are integrated into their routines. In her spare time, she enjoys photographing nature, spending time with her family, and kickboxing.
